If you need to cancel an order due to a mistake, please follow these steps:
Contact Us:
Email us at customer@essentialsfix.co.uk for an abrupt cancellation. We do not accept cancellation requests via phone call.
Timing:
Cancellation requests are only accepted on the same day the order is placed.
We do not accept cancellation requests the next day, as it is our policy to dispatch orders the same day or the next day.
Refund:
If the cancellation request is made on the same day, we will issue a full refund.
If the cancellation request is made after the same day, we do not accept it, and no returns will be entertained.

At Essentials Fix, we strive for perfection in every order. However, mistakes can sometimes happen. Here’s what you need to do if you receive an incorrect item:
Contact Us:
Email our customer services team at customer@essentialsfix.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide Evidence:
Send us pictures and a description of the incorrect item received.
Return Process:
Once we confirm the mistake, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected from you.
If you prefer to return the item yourself, we will reimburse the additional postage fee promptly upon receipt of the item at our warehouse. Please contact our customer services team for assistance.
Replacement:
We will dispatch the correct item as soon as possible without any further delivery charges.
Postage Fees:
Essentials Fix will cover all postage fees for the replacement of the incorrect item.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, if the item sent matches the pictures, barcode, and product code, and the customer believes it is incorrect, we will inspect and provide proof of correct delivery.
If the inspection confirms the delivery is correct, we offer only a 20% refund, not a full refund.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Resolution Options::
We will issue a refund for only the damaged item. If the damage is our mistake, we cover all costs and delivery charges, providing a complete refund. Once we verify the evidence of damage and deem the item useless, we will issue a replacement as per your choice, but it may take some time. In most cases, we issue a refund for damaged or broken items. This refund covers only the cost of the items, not the delivery charges.
