Free Shipping Service:
We offer free delivery for orders with a total value of over £50 Ex. VAT with weight less than 29Kg and dimensions under 120cm. For smaller parcels, we have partnerships with Yodel and Royal Mail, ensuring the most efficient delivery method based on your package size.
Parcels Under 120cm:
If parcel didn't lies under Free shipping service then it would be charged 2.99+VAT for every 10Kg of weight. i.e. 10Kg costs 2.99+VAT , 20Kg costs 5.98+VAT and so on.
Parcels Over 120cm and under 270cm: (Large Shipment)
Large shipment charged at 12.99+VAT for every 15Kg of weight. i.e. 15Kg costs 12.99+VAT , 30Kg costs 25.98+VAT and so on.
For large shipments, we have partnership with Evri, ensuring the most cost effective delivery method based on your package size.
Handling Time:
Your mostly order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 working day if payment is processed before 12 p.m. (Monday-Friday). We are trying to reduce handling time ensures that your order is on its way promptly.
Shipping Times:
Our shipping times are optimized for timely deliveries, and you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days and 2 additional days if your parcel is over 180cm in length.
Note: At times, we may evaluate our delivery fees to ensure they remain fair and transparent. We occasionally ask you to pay for delivery fee more than you paid at the time of checkout and it will due to large volume of product you ordered. We have little margins on product and these over volume products cost sometimes even more than our margins or you have an option to pickup from our warehouse for free of cost.
Item delivery will depend upon availability in the stock. In any case, we are responsible for returns and refunds.
